My long term experience as a counsellor within a national childbirth and parenting charity has understandably led to a particular interest in working with women related issues.

Usually, I find that Cognitive Hypnotherapy treatments require only a small number of sessions and I am still amazed by how quickly clients experience the changes they are looking to make regardless of the underlying cause. We often work towards a situation where the client has the skills to become their own therapist or our relationship becomes a coaching model.
