At this time in their lives, a lot is happening not just physical changes but also neuro developments that can’t be seen. Hypnotherapy helps to challenge and resolve issues in a sensible, relaxed way that they understand and arms them with strategies to deal with issues as they grow.


Sessions are all conducted in accordance with the National Council of Hypnotherapy guidelines. Informal to encourage a relaxed time where we can explore issues and problems in an age suitable way.
